We look for a number of things when vetting contractors for our database. Google reviews and Yelp are great resources for seeing what previous clients say about them. We verify they have the required license and certifications to complete the service they are offering. We also ensure they carry the appropriate general commercial liability insurance.

We are currently piloting the project in Halifax, Nova Scotia and provide services to clients across Nova Scotia.

There is a 2.5% finders fee on contracts less than $100,000 and 1.5% on contracts greater than $100,000.

We ensure that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities including payment terms, timeline and project expectations. By acting as intermediary, we administrate payments and ensure they align with the payment terms.
